36. Feb 09- PIE Ltd appoints Harsh Shah as an Executive Director of the Company in addition to his existing roles with the Company.
Harsh has a Masters Degree in Professional Accounting from Griffths University in Queensland.

35. Feb 09 – PIE announces the proposed establishment of City Flowers Pty Ltd to house its online and retail flower outlet & distribution centre.

34. Jan 09- PIE Ltd has appointed Harsh Shah as the new Company Secretary of PIE Ltd in addition to his Executive role as Manager – Finance.

33. Jan 09 – PIE announce an unaudited financial result for 6 month ended 31st Dec 2008. PIE made a consolidated Profit of $ 11,713 on gross revenue of $ 253,812.

32. Dec 08 – PIE announces ramp up of New Zealand operations for 2009. Abhijeet Kumar is appointed CEO designate for New Zealand operations.

31. Dec 08 – PIE announces the proposed establishment of PIE Communication Pty Ltd to house its online calling card business. PIE also advises it would begin creating its own labels and brands for the online calling cards markets.

30. Dec 08 – PIE announces the resignation of Shamoli Dutt as the Company Secretary.

29. Dec 08 – PIE announces new structure for its global product and services to be housed as separate entities.

28. Nov 08 – PIE Ltd advised that its round 2 was closed not fully subscribed. CEO Daniel Prasad that PIE Ltd was in the process of preparing for a Round 3 funding in conjunction with other alternatives for a proposed expansion of its operational activities and other measures which may include capital buyback from seed investors. Daniel Prasad also advised that round 2 funding short fall has necessitated various changes that were originally planned in terms of the company's development plans and key objectives.Proposed plans were either cancelled ,deffered or put on hold.

27. PIE Ltd announces all resolutions at 2007/08 Annual General Meeting were unanimously passed by members.

26. PIE Ltd holds its first Annual General Meeting on 5th Nov 2008.

25. Nov 08 – PIE Ltd announces audited financial results. Its first consolidated operating loss of $362,660 for 12 months ended 30th June of on gross revenue of $ 224,846 for the financial year 2008.

24. Oct 08 PIE Ltd advises that it has withdrawn its intention to acquire an equity stake a in social networking site but would continue a commercial relationship in the interim.

23. Sep 08 – PIE Ltd announce Shamoli Dutt as the new Company Secretary.

22. Aug 08 – PIE Ltd announces it is considering as equity stake in social networking site www.ezeemeet.com.au and is conducting due diligence.

21. Aug 08 – PIE Ltd established MYOL and announces acquisition of ECS. PIE would be 51% shareholder in MYOL.

20. July 08 – PIE Ltd announces a restructure of Operations. All Customer Service and Operations for all product & services will be migrated to PIE India and will be integrated into PIE Development Centre. PIE also announced acceleration to its strategy to become diversified IT & Media Company to withstand significant impact to its operation in view of the current economic environment.key R&D activities and activities relating to IP would remain in Australia.

19. July 08 – PIE Ltd announces the resignation of Jorge Albinagorta as Chief Operation Officer and Company Secretary and Brendon O’Rourke as Chief Financial Officer effective 8th & 15 July respectively.

18. ASI website launched - April 2, 2008-Beta Version

The team at PIE Limited is delighted announce the launch of the ASI © website, which can be viewed at http://australianschoolsindex.com.au.

The Australian Schools Index ASI © is an information system that objectively rates and ranks all Kindergarten to Year 12 schools in Australia. The ASI © website is a key reference for parents and carers when deciding on the education of their children.

Through its rich content and e-commerce functionality, the ASI © website aims to be the interaction platform of choice to all stakeholders in the Education System (principals, teachers, students, parents, carers and governments).

Beta Version

This first release of the website includes some of the components that will become the foundation of the value proposition to our members and customers. By definition these features are in early production stage and will strengthen in form and substance as PIE gathers intelligence on how they are used.

This important milestone also marks the next stage for the ASI © offering, which will focus on refining our members' online experience, implementing new features such as the Loyalty Program, and pursuing commercial opportunities with our subscription, advertising and partnership offerings.


17. About the Software Development Centre in Vizag, India

PIE Software Private Limited was officially incorporated in February as a fully owned subsidiary of PIE Limited. A website for PIE Software was also released and can be viewed at www.pieit.com.au
Twenty four employees are now in place with Rama Krishna appointed as CEO of Indian operations and as Head of Technology for PIE Group.

COO Jorge Albinagorta was in India during the last two weeks of February to facilitate the set up phase of the Indian operations. This business will help accelerate the rate of development of the range of IT projects that PIE currently has in its pipeline.


16. Our e-commerce websites

Both the City Flowers and Phone Card sales businesses acquired in late January 2008, are now fully integrated and operational under PIE Limited. The next phase of development for these sites includes further usability enhancements and targeted online marketing initiatives to help the businesses reach its potential.


15. New Zealand PIE is go!

PIE New Zealand is in the process of being incorporated and operationally set up. All products released in Australia will be replicated for the New Zealand market and progressively launched from March onwards.


14. Pre-launch of the Australian Schools Index announced

The ASI website is currently in full implementation mode, with the company finalising plans to launch this product to the market on April 2nd. The following key dates leading to this date have been set.

- Product Pre-view on Friday 14th March 2008 2.00pm – 4.00pm. This is an Internal Briefing for selected stakeholders, including members of PIE Limited.

- Pre-launch on Monday 17th March 2008 6.00pm – 8.00pm. Invitation extended to a select group of fifty individuals from various backgrounds.

- Wednesday 2nd April 2008. Official Product Launch.

The ASI site to be launched on April 2nd will have limited functionality and will be in beta mode with improved functionality to be released progressively.


13. PIE Ltd to launch the first online shops - January 23, 2008

PIE’s COO Jorge Albinagorta today announced that PIE would release the first of several e-commerce sites of its proposed network of sites in Australia during the first week of February 2008. Specific detail of the sites will be disseminated on the dates of the official launch.

Ursula Kirby has joined the company as e-commerce specialist and will manage the overall operations of these sites as they ramp up. Ms. Kirby reports to Mr. Albinagorta


12. PIE Ltd to finalise due diligence to establish its first Data Centre - January 21, 2008

PIE Limited announced that it would finalise contractual terms to set up its first Data Centre in Sydney and Melbourne in partnership with Global Red Pty Ltd.

The terms of this agreement would allow PIE Ltd to leverage of the existing Global Red Data Centre superstructure (management practices, accreditations), which has been developed and nurtured over the years by the Global Red team.

PIE also confirmed that it is in discussions with various Business Intelligence software vendors including Greenplum, regarding its data warehousing solutions and hopes to select a partner and finalise an agreement by the end March 2008.


11. PIE Ltd software development center is established in Visakhapatnamm,India - January 18, 2008

PIE Limited confirmed today that it had finalised details for the establishment of PIE IT, PIE Limited’s Development Centre in Visakhapatnam, with a view to be fully operational by 1st Feb 2008.

CEO designate Rama Dwarapudi advised that the first round of employment offers had been made a few days ago, and that he was delighted to welcome the first twenty-two employees, who will join prior to or on 1st of February 2008.

Mr. Dwarapudi confirmed that the organisation’s initial focus would be to train and develop staff in the methodologies and values already adopted by PIE Limited. In regards to specific projects, Mr. Dwarapudi’s immediate objectives will be the delivery of PIE’s proprietary systems and those from third party clients like Global Red Pty Ltd.


10. PIE Ltd appoints Rama Dwarapudi as CEO designate for PIE IT in India - December 12, 2007

The Chairman and CEO of PIE Limited, Daniel Prasad, announced on behalf of The Board of Directors the appointment of Rama Dwarapudi as CEO of PIE IT in addition to CTO for PIE Ltd , effective from the day PIE IT officially commences operations.

PIE IT is the PIE Limited software development centre based in Visakhapatnam, which will undertake software development projects for PIE Group of Companies and external clients. PIE IT will be a fully owned Australian entity.

Rama has extensive experience in software development and has spent over seven years in Singapore & Australia in various IT roles prior to joining as PIE Limited’s Head of IT, his current role.

“Rama’s knowledge of India, his professional experience in Australia and his technical proficiency round him up as a very suitable CEO for PIE IT and as CTO for PIE Ltd.” said Mr. Prasad

Mr. Dwarapudi would report to Jorge Albinagorta, COO of PIE Limited.


09. PIE Ltd announces Global Red Pty Ltd as its first software development client. - December 15 2007

PIE announced today a Heads of Agreement with Global Red Pty Ltd to develop software applications for Global Red and its clients. The work under this arrangement initially focuses on new projects, and will subsequently entail the migration of existing software development projects to PIE’s Development Centre in India.

Mark McCormick, joint Managing Director of Global Red, said this deal will enable his organisation to focus on world-class product Research and Development in Australia, and give it increased capability and capacity to deliver leading edge and innovative solutions to its client base.

By partnering with PIE, Global Red is also expected to develop a solid platform to roll-out its products and services portfolio on a global scale to global clients. This will be achieved by leveraging of the PIE Development Centre, an Australian-owned subsidiary of PIE based in Visakhapatnam, India.

08. PIE announces use of external third party organisations in Australia to develop the initial modules of the ASI application whilst it is establishing its own IT team in Australia and India.

07. Corporate website Version 1 soft launch - 28th November 2007.

PIE Limited releases the first version of its corporate website.The site is developed in-house by PIE's IT team led by Rama Dwarapudi and incorporates a proprietary Content Management System.

06.PIE announces details of long-term strategy.

Executive Chairman, Daniel Prasad, confirmed that PIE's strategy to develop and release multiple variations of its existing Australian Schools Index (ASI) system across various industries and in other countries . Part of the strategy is a decision to set up its IT operations in India to accelerate software development. PIE would commence the research of various industries prior to commence development.

05. PIE to set up IT operations in India - 26th November 2007

In order to accelerate the development of all the company's IT projects, Executive Chairman, Daniel Prasad, has advised that the Board has approved the establishment of a stand-alone IT operations in India. All existing IT operations would be transferred to India and the new set up would initially have 10 FTE developers and IT staff. This would grow to over 50 once all projects are commenced.Core product design,development and all R&D related activities would remain in Australia.

04. PIE Ltd appoints Global Red Pty Limited - 30th October 2007

PIE announces the appointment of Global Red as its preferred loyalty partner. PIE will design, specify and build a unique loyalty model to support its initial product - the Australian Schools Index ( ASI). Once operational, it is intended that Global Red will manage the entire program.

1.1. PIE Ltd to raise funds and appoints ASSOB - 7th September 2007

PIE advises that it has engaged ASSOB and its agent SBIS Pty Ltd to raise funds for the development and commercialisation of information systems. Funds would be raised over three rounds totalling AUD $5,000,000.00

1.2. Directors and Officers Appointed - 4th September 2007

Founder and Chairman of PIE Ltd , Daniel Prasad, confirms that Gustav Daroczy and Libby Harkness have accepted appointments to the PIE Limited Board as non-executive Directors. In addition, Jorge Albinagorta has joined the company as the Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary.

1.3. PIE to be incorporated - 1st September 2007

Daniel Prasad, creator and inventor of the ASI information system, today announced that he would form a public (unlisted) company - Prasad Information Enterprises Ltd (PIE) - that will house the development and commercialisation of the information systems has created and will create.In addition,other information and e commerce systems would also be created and developed . The first of such systems would relate to the education system known as ASI (Australian Schools Index).Indexes for other countries would follow, starting with the New Zealand Schools Index.
